Additional Driving Directions:
- AdventHealth Surgery Center Maitland is conveniently located near I-4 at exit 90 East and Maitland Blvd.
- Turn from Maitland Blvd onto Maitland Concourse at the stoplight. (See Below)
- Follow Maitland Concourse, veering to the left at the “Y” in the road. (If you turn right, you will end up in Orangewood School parking lot.)
- Maitland Concourse changes its name to Concourse Parkway South. Follow this road, which will parallel Maitland Blvd. to Maitland Surgery Center, which is Building 790.
- Turn right into parking lot at Building 790 and go to the back of the building which is actually the front
- Enter the building under the large black canopy. We are in Suite 100
